At Visboard we care about your privacy. This policy explains, in plain language, what data we collect and how we use it.

What data we collect

We collect your email address and password to create your account. If you subscribe to a paid plan, billing information is processed directly by Stripe — we never store credit card details. We also collect aggregated platform usage data (pages visited, actions taken) to improve the service.

How we use your data

We use your information solely to operate Visboard: creating and managing your account, processing payments, sending you transactional emails (confirmations, account alerts), and providing support. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

Your files and business data

The files you upload (Excel, CSV, Google Sheets) belong to you. We use them exclusively to generate your dashboards. We do not analyze, share, or use them for any other purpose. You can delete them at any time from your account.

Service providers

We work with Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), and Firebase (infrastructure). These providers only access the data necessary to deliver their service and are contractually obligated to protect it.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep your session active and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising tracking cookies.

Your rights

In accordance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), you have the right to access, rectify, cancel, or oppose the processing of your data. You can exercise these rights directly from your account or by contacting us.

Changes to this policy

If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email before they take effect.
