Terms and Conditions

These are the terms under which Visboard operates. We wrote them in plain language so you know exactly what you are agreeing to.

The service

Visboard is a SaaS platform that allows you to convert Excel, CSV, and Google Sheets files into interactive dashboards. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. If you detect any unauthorized access, notify us immediately. You may not assign or transfer your account to third parties.

Plans and payments

We offer a free plan and paid plans with additional features. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your choice) and renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your account before the next billing date. We do not issue refunds for partial periods.

Your data

The files and data you upload to Visboard are your property. By uploading them you grant us permission to process them solely to generate your dashboards. We do not use your data for any other purpose. You can delete your information at any time.

Acceptable use

You are not permitted to use Visboard for illegal activities, upload content that infringes on third-party rights, attempt to access other users' systems, or resell access to the platform without authorization.

Intellectual property

The platform, design, and Visboard brand are our property and are protected by Mexican intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform.

Availability

We make our best effort to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted. We may perform scheduled maintenance and will notify you in advance whenever possible.

Limitation of liability

Visboard is not liable for indirect losses or damages arising from the use of the service. Business decisions you make based on the generated dashboards are your responsibility.

Account cancellation

You can cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms. After cancellation, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If the changes are significant, we will notify you by email. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the new terms.

Applicable law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute shall be resolved before the courts of Mexico City.
